SHIPPING COSTS

For each Essential Pamper Box, enjoy a flat shipping fee of £2.99. Opt for the Signature Pamper Box and the shipping cost is just £1.99 per box. Choose our Ultimate Pamper Box, and shipping is on us – absolutely free! Our tiered shipping rates ensure that you have budget-friendly options for every individual box, making your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable. If you order multiple boxes, the shipping cost will be applied per box.
RETURN & REFUND
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving our product. Please contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide you with a return label. All products must be in their original packaging and unused in order to qualify. As soon as we receive the product back, we'll process a refund request within 5 working days.
